A deep, structured look at your business across every function. We go beyond the map and into the details: what is costing you, what is underleveraged, and exactly what to fix first. You leave with a prioritized roadmap and the dollar value attached to each recommendation. Scoped to your business.
Some people take the roadmap and run with it. Some want us to stick around and build it. Either works. We scope implementation from the diagnostic, project by project. No open-ended retainers. If there is something we can genuinely help with next, we will say so. If not, we will say that too.
