We start with a 30-minute conversation. We listen to what you are working on, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether we think there is something there. If there is a fit, the next step is a Business Health Check: a day or two on-site where we map your business and hand you what we find. No commitment beyond that. Every step earns the next one.
